There are many ways to perform a squat, bench press and deadlift. Here are some helpful videos on each lift. During competition lifting, there are specfic things we look for when judging. I believe these videos will help you be successful in your competition lifting.
 
Squat: The top
(crease) of your hip
must drop below the

Bench Press: There are three commands in bench. Start, press and rack. You must stop the motion of the bar completely on your chest before you'll be given the "press" command.
